ZOMG!!!! My first posting

Hey there party people! I’m super new to blog life. I’d love to give you some dirt on me, so here goes.My family consists of me (Pretty Neato), my darling husband (Magneato); a super sweet daughter (Super Neato, aka “Noodle”); a cat (Damn Neato, aka Hemi) who thinks she is a feral jungle cat, and a bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, but adorable dog (Badneato, aka Gimli). We transplanted – goodness how I hate that term – to Leander (just outside Austin, Texas) about a year ago from Southern California, and it was the smartest thing we have EVER done! Magneato and I both used to work in Real Estate and found that at the end of the day, we pretty much hated life – so, we jumped in a truck and moved to Texas homeless and unemployed – with a promise to stay out of Real Estate in our new destination! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee! My super supportive friend (actually, the most super fantastic bff of all time, Schmoodle) allowed us to stay with her until we got our own digs – and thankfully for all of us that only lasted about 3 months.

Fast forward to now … Magneato works in printing, with hopes, dreams, and aspirations of his own print shop, I work in customer service – a wonderful to have less responsibility and be able to go home at the end of the day, without feeling tied – although, and I am sure I will dig deeper into this – I often feel unfulfilled. Super Neato is doing super fantastic at school, and is very proud of herself. She’s currently in 2nd grade and continues to amaze me daily with her knowledge and her dedication. She’s grown a great deal emotionally this past year, which is totally awesome.

Well, I have to be off for a bit – but – I will be back! I am pretty excited about this blogging business – and want to share more dirt with y’all!
